Bot test
I failed the bot test, which had very blurry images, and now it won’t let me create an account at all. It just says “no bots.” There’s no one to contact for support either.
Extremely efficient
I found this app to be straight forward and extremely helpful while traveling. I don’t usually use 3rd party travel apps but this one is invaluable!! The interface is easy to navigate and it also come with a list of great features. It’d take someone who has 0 experience or knowledge in order to not find this efficient and useful.

Ridiculously slow, little utility
This app is so slow it doesn’t make sense. If I had to use this to quickly find itinerary information like an airport gate, I’d miss the flight.
As something advertised as a quality of life improvement, it simply has no practical utility in its current state. No app should b this unresponsive in 2020.
You’re much better off just calling an agent and using another app or your phone to keep track of itineraries until they make the necessary changes.

Really helpful
Makes my trips much easier. Recent updates made it much better.
