Doesn't work properly
I specifically bought the Pro version to control MusicCast with my Apple Watch. Unfortunately, the promised features aren't available. It doesn't even offer the same basic functionality as the non-Pro version, like mute/unmute and turn the device on/off. It's completely useless.

The volume control doesn’t work and you get no additional features so therefore I don’t recommend this app. Unsubscribing from the monthly fee but feel free to message me if you get it fixed cause it sounds like it would be good if it work properly
Almost Perfect!
This app is easy and does everything I needed! The only thing it’s missing is a way to turn on/off the tv from my apple watch. Hope this gets added!
HEOS watch functions limited, no trial
No free trial to see if watch functions for HEOS meet expectations. You have to pay just to find out that…they don’t. There’s no way to change Sirius stations. It can only play or stop the station you are on. Extremely limited functionality, wasted $1.99. This app appears to only be in the store to goad people into paying the developer at least once only to find out that the app doesn’t meet the mark.

Lautstärke über Apple Watch
Es gelingt mir leider nicht, die Lautstärke über die Apple Watch zu regulieren. Kann beim Tippen auf das Symbol nur Lautsprecher ausschalten oder anschalten(Yamaha MusicCast)
Volume control
Since the + and - signs are replaced by turning the wheel, the volume control does not react the way it should. You have to turn the wheel endlessly before the volume reacts. Waiting for the next upgrade to fix this issue 😉.

Recently the Apple Watch app does not work anymore.

I will say the app is very close to doing the simple task I want it to do. Very very close! I have a brand new yamaha a2a and want to control the volume of my receiver from my watch. The phone app works to increase the volume of my receiver almost all the way. The problem occurs when I use my watch. My series 7 apple watch only lets me turn the volume up to 55.5 on my receiver or level 50 in the phone app. This volume is so incredibly low that the app renders me useless.

An sich für die watch eine coole App zur musiccast Steuerung.
Eine für mich wichtige Funktion ist leider (noch) nicht möglich: Die Auswahl von Quellen wie z. B. Deezer. Wenn das noch kommt ist die App absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Useless (with watch)
My intention was to control the HEOS favoritis with the Apple Watch. Since the app show the favorites and there is no trail for the watch functions it was a shot on the dark. So I paid the 7 Bucks just to see that you can only control play/pause and volume with the watch. 7 bucks just for that is absurd….

Not stable
Even though I thought I finally found an app I can control the volume on my tv, watch keeps disconnecting. It keeps telling me to open the app on my iphone to synchronise devices, but fails. Whole point was to speed up controlling the tv.
Subscription doesn’t work for watch app
Won’t actually let me use the watch app witch was the whole reason I gave this a shot. Just keeps saying open app on iPhone to sync purchases. Avoid at all cost.

This is just what I was looking for, a way to control my MusicCast system from my watch. Thanks you for making this. Can’t believe Yamaha wouldn’t bother to do it.

Initially worked but buggy. Apparently not updated so now it’s useless.
My mistake. I reviewed the Mac version which now has been updated and seems to be working. Haven’t tried the iOS app.

Developer switch to subscription-only, making my recently purchased $10 app useless
Bought the app to use on my Watch. Shortly after, the developer updated the app to subscription-only and I lost all Watch functionality. Too late for a refund, but not too late to leave a review.
