The app is stuck on sign in screen
The app previously worked, but I redownloaded, and now it does not connect to my user account.

Don’t understand how with the detailed and so much investment of money to have a smart house and Control ; throughout the house, we can never have this intercom (app) ever work! What’s the sense of all the money spent if the security intercom and video at our doors does not work? Have installed and reinstalled and worked with help desk. At this point just might as well get and install something else that will actually work.

Problem with IPhone 13
I recently switched my phone to the 13. The app worked fine on my iPhone 8 and works on my wife’s IPhone 12. It will not consistently connect to my 13. I have done all the iOS updates. It tries to connect and asks me to retry or cancel.
If I power-cycle my phone off and then on again it connects perfectly but then later it will not. Called the dealer tech support and they told me it is a Control4 intercom app issue

Best retirement ever
Good riddance to one of the worst 2 year app experiences of all time

Just constantly says “connecting” after entering my login details. They need to invest more into their apps in general as they are not intuitive and look like they have been written by a cheap dev.

New bug: Intercom Anywhere App crashes on iOS 14.7.1, app version 1.14; crashes on both wifi and cellular/LTE. This makes it unusable for me. I have up to date 4sight and am on 3.2.2. It’s been a couple weeks and there has been no update or fix that I can find.

Since the latest update this week the app no longer works and crashes every time I try to connect to my door intercom and touch screens.

Why doesn’t the app work on iPads? That would be very useful in my house where we have iPads that control the c4 house automations among other things.

Won’t connect and crashes.
I’ve been trying for a week and when I call my terminal the app either crashes or stalls indefinitely trying to connect. Worked the first time and not since. Hopefully this gets worked out.
System not working with my iPhone
I got a mew IPhone 11 in October and have been working with my vendor since then to get the app working so I can answer my door. To this day I still can not get it to work Truly at my wits end and thinking I need a new system!!

If you have such a hard time to work with iPhone don’t even sell your products as they function well with iPhone. The app is so bad that I’m considering to change the whole system because of it. Each update is for worse, previous update if you try and answer a call no connection ever, now the brilliants came up with a new update today March the 3rd 2022, I can’t even connect to the gate intercom. What a waste of money... you should be ashamed of this junk of an app.

It’s neve works. Just cycles through. There is no image.

Whenever the doorbell rings the intercom won’t connect, very expensive system for such a worthless app
Buggy
This App and its control integration have been one big disappointment. Strongly recommend going with a retail solution like Ring or Nest. My installer has never gotten it to work consistently. Big waste of money.
