Worst job
The designer, person in charge, and coordinating team are performing very poorly. If required, I can provide sufficient evidence to substantiate this. The way matters are being manipulated and presented is concerning, and several decisions appear to have been taken without applying even basic practical judgment.
It is also concerning that the Project Managerโs resignation and the subsequent change in project management were not even communicated to us. Such major changes should have been formally informed to all concerned stakeholders.

Good work
My modular kitchen turned out better than expected and the inco team kept checking with me before finalising any major decision in the project
No Surprise Costs
Their pricing calculator gave me an accurate estimate upfront and there were no surprise costs added once the actual work began.
Review
My biggest worry was managing multiple vendors for carpentry, painting and electrical work separately, but inco handled all of it under one roof with a single point of contact who coordinated everything smoothly, and the renovation finished almost a week before the committed deadline.
Collaborative Design Process
From the initial design brief to the final on site execution everything with inco moved at a pace that respected my decisions the team never rushed approvals and gave me multiple moodboard options for every space which made the design process feel collaborative not imposed.
