Absolutely poor app
Square yards app is functioning very poorly . The touch does not get us the desired results, means when you touch a particular icon some other icon open and this is so waste of time and frustrating .
To make such a cheap app , they have fraudulently taken subscription fees double times from me through auto-mandate and are not even returning the extra amount deducted. I have written to them many times but getting answers that it is non- refundable. This is not the right way to do business

Overpromised Services, Extremely Disappointing Experience
I had very high expectations from Square Yards, but unfortunately the experience has been quite disappointing.
One major issue is that the CRM keeps changing frequently, which creates unnecessary confusion and lack of continuity in service. Whenever support is actually required, the response and assistance are not up to the mark.
The bigger concern is with the marketing team. There is a clear gap between what is promised and what is actually delivered. During the initial conversations, everything sounds very promising and the communication is extremely polite. However, once the payment is completed, the level of attention and support drops significantly.
In my case, I specifically dealt with Ashish and Dewang Rastogi. The commitments made by them were far greater than what was eventually delivered. After the payment, follow-ups became difficult and the overall treatment felt quite unprofessional.
Overall, the experience has been underwhelming compared to the expectations created initially. I hope the company focuses more on consistent service and delivering what is promised to clients.

I am writing this review with extreme anger and disappointment from the bottom of my heart. I strongly warn everyone NOT to buy or invest through Square Yards portal.
1. Once they take your payment, no one helps you. Completely ignored after money is taken.
2. No support team response – calls, messages, emails, nothing works.
3. The app never works properly, full of bugs and useless features.
4. No genuine leads come. Whatever they promise is totally fake.
5. All commitments made at the time of sales are false promises.
6. They only focus on selling their plans, not on customer success.
7. No account manager takes responsibility after payment.
8. Everything looks good only before payment – after that, zero service.
9. Waste of hard-earned money, time, and mental peace.
10. I genuinely request everyone: PLEASE stay away from this portal. You will regret it. I called the concerned person, and he talked to me in a very rude and unprofessional way.
