Scam company
They get you to make a purchase for minutes by quoting you a low rate. Then, they never connect your call. You don’t lose the money, it just sits in there until you get frustrated and move on to another company. So they basically keep your money, and you get nothing, but frustrated. All their customer service does is say, we “understand” why you want to move on to someone else. What a scam!

Terrible service and connection
You keep losing your credit without getting connected and customer service never resounds to you.

I’m trying this to replace Skype, but despite adding numbers from my contacts when setting it all up they didn’t show up when I tried to make a call. Haven’t figured out how to add numbers from contacts since set up. I was able to make a call when I used the keypad which was good, but the person I phoned didn’t answer so I will update this after I reach someone to see how quality is.
July update. Reception isn’t always good, but it’s a good replacement for Skype. I can’t figure out if there is a video aspect.

Simple and low cost
Great for phoning those numbers which are not on WhatsApp when you’re overseas. Low cost calls from just about anywhere.

A great service for low-cost international calls. Always retain credit so I can call landlines and mobiles where WhatsApp or FaceTime is t possible. The phone app is intuitive and works well

Just started with Talk360 because I have to make international calls to family to their mobile numbers. (They don’t use apps like WhatsApp.)
Years ago I used to use SKYPE, but this is better.
Way, way cheaper than carrier rates in Japan. SoftBank were charging me ¥200 per minute and now I can call my old dad for ¥18 per minute with Talk360. What a relief! 😮💨

At the 40 minute mark, the connection started to fade. Not sure what the issue was.
