Overdrafts on day of deposit
I made a cash deposit, but debits are posted before credits. Bad policy!
Literally worst banking app in existence
I HATE this app with a passion. God forbid you try to mobile deposit any check or transfer money to anyone not affiliate with Intrepid. I don’t understand how they manage to sponsor so many community events when their mobile banking app is complete trash. Literally the only reason I still have an account with this bank at all is because my mother is still alive and uses them. If she ever asked, I’d gladly help her close her account and move to my preferred credit Union which is actually allows you to do all the important stuff. This bank is not for anybody who also banks with an outside account, any young person who uses their money, or anyone who wants to help their parents complete transactions online. It’s not family friendly at all and doesn’t allow you to move money like you deserve to be able to. Only bank with Intrepid if you ONLY need a savings account or have no desire to transfer money anywhere but within Intrepid.

Opinion Intrepid FCU
I love Intrepid. They are the most helpful financial institution I have dealt with. Any problem I have is taken care of by the credit union.
Card management
I wish we had a way to manage cards within this app instead of having to use a separate app like we currently do. The card app never works for me, it always gets stuck on the loading page. This app would get five stars if they could just incorporate the two into one.
Negative amounts and bill pay
Wish the negative amounts would be in red so you Quick Look to see what is taken away and which are money into the accounts. Bring back bill pay like it was so you can see what’s pending so you k ow which bills have been sent out.
Bill pay
Love the app but wish they would go back to how they tracked bill pay. Last time you could see a month box with a check mark for which bills you paid for the month. Now I have to scroll down to see if I remember paying my bill.
