Application accessibility issue
Application user interface is totally inaccessible by VoiceOver screen reader this application is not accessible to use with the screen reader such as voiceover in iPhone. It is very difficult for visually impaired users to use this application. Please make it accessible with ADA standard. it must be meeting government standards of Accessibility, currently unable to perform any action using screen reader since last week something has been updated.

Great app for a really great investment company. Works flawlessly.

The App works very well and intuitively presents the information.
Digital access
I have found digital access to be significantly better since I now have an Apple I-pad with Touch ID!
Banking info
I have asked at least 5 times via the online site, telephone and actually going in to change the account information. I have been told 5 times that it would change and it hasn’t. Frustrating to say the least. Hopefully this gets their attention!
Rendement
Incapable/impossible de voir le rendement depuis l’ouverture du compte. Pourtant ça reste une donnée très importante.
Comme toute application financière ça serait pertinent de pouvoir observer nos rendements journaliers/5 jours/ 1 mois / 3 mois etc

Inconsistent, unreliable and unacceptable!
Forced updates are annoying
I use this app once or twice a year. I’m sure I’m not the only one with that usage pattern. Every, single time, I need to update it. If you’re going to push new releases all the time, fine, good job on the maintenance, but you need to stop forcing every single one of these updates on everyone, it’s a real annoyance. I wouldn’t take the time to write this otherwise.

Trop, c’est comme pas assez
Soit avec l’application, soit en via internet, nous ne faisons que consulter l’état de nos investissements.
On ne peut effectuer AUCUNE transaction. Alors pourquoi avoir besoin d’un code de vérification à chaque fois qu’on veut y accéder. Les applications des banques canadiennes n’ont pas autant de contraintes, pourtant nous y faisons plusieurs transactions.
Il y a aussi l’interminable acceptation des fameux cookies. Vous la demandez en arrivant sur la page de connexion et en plus une fois entré sur le site.
Ma conseillère m’a suggéré d’utiliser l’application au lieu de passer par internet. Et jusqu’à maintenant, aucun problème. Sauf que ce matin… la foutue demande de cookies apparaît !!!!!
On nous avise partout de ne jamais accepter les cookies et malheureusement, c’est rendu que tout le monde veut nous rentrer des cookies dans la gorge !!!! C’EST ASSEZ !!!
À part avoir accès à des documents, on ne peut faire AUCUNE transaction qui affecterait nos investissements. Ces demandes exhaustives sont TOUT À FAIT INUTILES !

Bon, là j’essaie d’envoyer mon avis, on me demande mon pseudonyme et je reçois un message d’erreur me disant qu’il est déjà utilisé !!! Ben oui, c’est MON PSEUDONYME !!! Honnêtement, j’en peux plus. C’est incohérent et frustrant !!!

I filed a complaint with Investia about an unethical situation with a broker. The Principal Broker moved all of my investments out of my Broker’s code without communicating with me. No reason was given. Investia “investigated” and found nothing wrong with his actions. I will be moving all of my business to RBC as I have zero trust in Investia.

Last update lost all my stored login information and it took me multiple logins and dual factor authentication passes and other hassles to get back in. I then had to logout and login twice more before I could get it to recognize my fingerprint to log in. BTW this nonsense about them telling me what password I can use is also getting bit old. I note that it lost my user information last update too, but at least then it was smooth to get logged back in, just re-enter. As an update today it just says “ohoops looks like something went wrong try again later”. Won’t even give me the option of wasting more time to get logged in, somehow.
Just got a reply from an iA developer, saying if I have issues then email them. I thought this was pretty clear and if they had the intention to do something I could clarify details…..guess not but doesn’t sound like the Calvary is interested in helping so I’ll do something productive….
