When I try to open the app in another device it doesn’t show all the invoices,items and costumers. And when I tried to modify the pricing on the items Is a headache until it gets done.
Way too many bugs
This app has become a buggy nightmare. There are screens you cannot get past such as “sharing contacts”. I do not invoice my friends but until you click “share” you cannot resume your invoicing. My phone number was wrong by a digit, so I went in to fix it and it says “invalid phone number”. I am cancelling my subscription which is a shame because I wouldve stayed with them forever if they simply kept the app updated.

NO FREE TRIAL
Offered a FREE TRIAL and then charged me. It didn’t even let me know it was going to charge me, I found the charge on my bank statement. Not willing to give me a refund. I would move on, there are plenty of other apps just like this. Nothing but trouble.
Bad bugs
The app has potential; however, I have had the app for a few years and the same bugs still exist. The app itself needs a major overhaul. It’s disappointing because I’ve invested money in it for a few years hoping they will fix the issues. I will be and suggest looking for another app.

Fail to send invoice
I have been using this app for ling time and paying for it.
In the last few times I have tried to send invoices it won’t send them!
I tried contacting customer support and the only answer is thanks for contacting us we are checking the problem!

I might go to a different app
I really don’t like that it sends the invoice/estimate as a link and not an email attachment. And also that you can’t have it send from your email. Also the user ability is tricky, especially when sending the document.
Unprofessional
Half the time my invoices aren’t received by clients and I end up having to send just screenshots of the invoices which at that point doesn’t give them a payment option via invoice
Horrible app with many bugs
This app is horrible I pay for subscription but have missed deadlines for invoices because there is so many bugs and support refuses to help or fix all these issues , the amount of money I’ve lost because of this app is insane please don’t waste you time or money on this
Taxes
This app is terrible for making invoices, it will not let you add taxes per item.

Thanks for the free trial, hope it goes smooth; was really simple to use (and is the new way to get paid in today’s high tech world)

Way too many bugs
Has potential but clearly no team trying to improve the bugs. If I make a new invoice I have to completely close it from my app screen to start a new one otherwise it just keeps opening the same one. Can’t alter any of my customers info to update emails or whatever. It struggles to understand the decimal or change at the end of a dollar amount. And don’t even bother paying the $10 a month. Doesn’t even have a good desktop version. Unfortunately I’ve got so much saved into this from using it for so long but it’s still lacking in the most important areas. But today I’m finally getting rid of this. It’s gonna be worth having to rebuild all my services and pricing with a new reliable app.

Overall a good app
Good layout and relatively user friendly. Once you learn the app you can zip right thru it. Dates can be tricky at times, as it seems to not recognize my time zone so I have to play around and trick the app to print the correct date I wish.
At times app can be slow to respond; sometimes have to close it and reopen…. But information is never lost.
Been using it for 2 years now with no real complaints, just a few quirks that could be ironed out to give it a 5 rating.
