It’s like banking in 2009
It’s like banking in 2009, and sometimes that’s a good thing, sometimes. Inwood Bank is great overall, but the app is weak, and in 2026 there is no excuse for it to not be as good as the big banks. Number 1 gripe, mobile deposit saying I need to write on the back of the check, when it’s already written on. Number 2 gripe, lack of Zelle support.
