Too difficult to navigate and use
I can’t stand using the new version of the banking app. If I could review without giving stars I would for this app. The old version was fantastic and easy to use (the version that everyone loved), but the new version that’s been out for a few years is absolute trash. The same functions that we had were removed and cannot easily be redone. The bank itself is great, but the app is trash. Do not get the app unless you’re prepared for a headache and a ruined day.

Nice app!
As a long-time NDBT customer, I really appreciate the app. It saves a ton of time. And, it’s very intuitive.
Zelle doesn’t work.
App needs an update. Zelle refuses to load within the app and the Zelle app redirects me to the NDBT app (which again won’t load). I can’t find a way within the app ask for IT support to address this issue. I need Zelle for work, which makes this all the more frustrating.

Certainly appreciate all the features but the app loves to lock you out, I am frequently calling the bank and having to change passwords

I’ve been with this bank for 30 plus years. Always great customer service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I wish all businesses would take after them ! Awesome bank !
