Too difficult to navigate and use
I can’t stand using the new version of the banking app. If I could review without giving stars I would for this app. The old version was fantastic and easy to use (the version that everyone loved), but the new version that’s been out for a few years is absolute trash. The same functions that we had were removed and cannot easily be redone. The bank itself is great, but the app is trash. Do not get the app unless you’re prepared for a headache and a ruined day.

Nice app!
As a long-time NDBT customer, I really appreciate the app. It saves a ton of time. And, it’s very intuitive.
Zelle doesn’t work.
App needs an update. Zelle refuses to load within the app and the Zelle app redirects me to the NDBT app (which again won’t load). I can’t find a way within the app ask for IT support to address this issue. I need Zelle for work, which makes this all the more frustrating.
Buggy
Certainly appreciate all the features but the app loves to lock you out, I am frequently calling the bank and having to change passwords

I’ve been with this bank for 30 plus years. Always great customer service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I wish all businesses would take after them ! Awesome bank !
Bad service
When transferring money this bank says the transfer cut off time is 3:00 pm. But when I logged on at 11:00 am and tried to transfer, it said I had missed the deadline. What?? Then it tells you that you have to submit it the day before. Since it happened on Friday, I can’t transfer till the next Monday.

Zelle will not open using my banking app with North Dallas Bank
Love the online service.
I have a real sense of security with this Service and can get assistance very quickly.

I’ve been using this app for a while. I wish it was easier to see a running total for bill pay, for each item. I wish it was faster. Slow app

I use online banking with two other banks and brokerage banking too.
But NDBT one often can not sign in, or takes a very long time for sign in verification.
Also the small amount of online deposit limitation is just unreasonable. For many times, I still have to go to bank and deposit or deposit in my other bank. Not a convenient app. Please improve it.

App crashing at login
The app used to work fine, but after a recent IOS update it now crashes after submitting login credentials. Completely non-functional at the moment.

Great app from a great bank
Simple and does the job, mainly depositing checks for me. Seems to be updated often, early speed issues have been sorted out and it’s usually very fast. Seems like a good example of clean code, good interface and no bloat.

Best service in TX! I have done banking in the Dallas area for a number of years. I chose NDBT when my former bank merged. I realized it was time to get better service.
