Die schlechteste App welche ich kenne
Absolut grauenvolle App, so oft voller Bugs, Bilder zeigt es falsch im Shop an, hängt sich oft auf und ewige Ladezeiten für Bildupload.
Die Statistiken für Umsatz/ Klicks usw. ist auch absolut ungenügend.
Nicht zu empfehlen.

It’s okay
I like the app and my site features ok. I was with wix and had so many tools to maximize the ability to gain more customers and sales… maybe in the future it will improve and offer more. Customer service of IONOS is excellent and that’s the trade off for me that keeps me here.

Il faudrait revenir à l’ancienne. Avant on avait la possibilité de voir quel produits a été vu par a la page visitée et par rapport au prix qui s’affichait aujourd’hui c’est plus possible. Les stars n’indique rien à part le nombre de visites. Revenez à l’ancienne version ou améliorer la visibilité des starts.

Ganz schick, aber gravierende Fehler
Grundsätzlich finde ich die App recht gut und praktisch. Sie hat jedoch gravierende Fehler, zwei wesentliche: wenn ich über die App eine Rechnung ausdrucke fehlt die Fußzeile, damit die Überweisungs-Info für meine Kunden. Wenn ich Bestellungen lösche (geht leider nicht über die App), synchronisiert sich die App nicht. beide Probleme sind seit Monaten bekannt und werden nicht behoben.

Great easy app but removed important feature
Have used this app for a few years and it’s great. Shows me all my orders, discount codes, products etc and is easy to edit listings. Unfortunately in the most recent update the ability to view ‘lifetime’ revenue and ‘custom time’ revenue has disappeared. This was extremely helpful when filing tax returns to see total earnings per year. I hope they bring this feature back very soon.

seit dem Update Müll
… leider seitdem nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Man muss umständlich im Menü herum klicken um sich die Umsatzzahlen der letzten Monate oder Tage anschauen zu können.

5 Plus die App ist einfach zu bedienen, hier hat Ionos eine sehr gute Verbindung zum Onlineshop, aber wo finde ich den QR Code zum einloggen zur App. Bitte die App unbedingt weiter lassen 😊

Leider ist seit dem Update eine wichtige Funktion verschwunden. Der Verkaufstrichter, man hat keinen Überblick mehr über begonnene Bestellungen oder Produktaufrufe pro Tag.

Gute Idee - Umsetzung katastrophal
Anwendung sehr umständlich zum Teil, hängt ständig, speichert falsch ab, Funktionalitäten bleiben hängen… Konzept ansich gut, aber die technischen Aussetzer nerven und kosten unendlich viel Zeit!
Fehler bei Artikel laden
Ich finde diese App persönlich sehr gut aber was mich total stört ist das man die App erst Runter schmeißen muss das sie wieder funktioniert. Da ich leider jedes Mal Probleme mit der Synchronisierung mit mit der Homepage Probleme habe. Lösche ich die Artikel die ich auf der Shopseite hochgeladen bzw. gelöscht hab werden diese noch immer in der App angezeigt genauso wie auch wenn ich sehe das es ein Update für die App gibt und dennoch keines vorhanden ist zeigt es mir jedes Mal in der App an das es ein Update gibt.

Abandoned carts
The recent update was supposed to fix bugs but I still can’t see abandoned carts for the past four months.
Excellent but small issue with multiple devices
I have used the app regularly for over a year.
However we signed in an employee as an extra user who we subsequently had to sack. I went onto our website and changed passwords and added two factor authentication.
However when I loaded the app it didn’t require me to renter the new password as it was already signed in. This means that the sacked individual is still signed into this app with the original login details until he signs out from his own phone which clearly we don’t now have access to.
I contacted the developers Ionos who have been very helpful but sadly do not have an option anywhere to force sign out all devices from this app.
I am concerned that the ‘sacked’ user will still have access to customer orders and details which doesn’t comply with my GDPR policy. They will also have access to our store products and design of the site which clearly is not acceptable.
They need to add an option to ‘force out all devices’ for a security requirement.
Otherwise great app, easily usable on the go and clear to operate. Once they have added the above function I would give it 5 stars.

Abandoned Carts
The app has been very easy to navigate but recently, it stopped showing the latest abandoned carts. This is fairly imperative to running an online store.
App funktioniert nicht und hängt sich ständig auf
Die App stürzt immer noch ständig ab, hängt sich jedes Mal auf, wenn ich eine Produktbeschreibung hinzufügen möchte (bisher nicht 1x möglich gewesen), beim Klicken auf Gewichts- und/oder Größeneingaben reagiert die App gar nicht (Cursor erscheint einfach gar nicht). Die App ist schön gedacht, aber im aktuellen Zustand absolut nicht anwendbar, schade.

Great app
Used since day one years ago. Main stuff I do on website but this is good for quick numbers or changes “on the go”.

Started off great but now the number’s are sticky and the home page won’t load so I can see the reports at a glance
Very intuitive. Not for customers with multiple
I love the app, my only gripe is having multiple customers/clients and store fronts I cannot have one app with all the stores on my own app. You have to sign out or scan the QR to change stores.
After chatting with an unprofessional, rude and lazy agent with their customer support. This is not something they are wanting to add. But I feel like it would not be too difficult to add this feature if I have around 10 sites under my one account.
This would be an awesome Feature to manage and have with this app. Hopefully someone listens here to have this enabled.
