Doesn’t show the current jackpots amount. The easy slip would require you to hand the phone back and forth to the worker each and every time you used it. Camera is blurry. I hope my tax dollars didn’t pay for this

The ticket scanner to check if you have a winning ticket has been broken for years. Probably over five years now at least that I know of.
Stop prioritizing releasing updates for whatever current events you have going on and take the time to fix your unusable, non-intuitive, non-user-friendly app. Give your software engineers capacity to work on what needs to be worked on, which is very obviously tech debt.
I feel bad because I am a software engineer and I know someone worked hard on this application, but the fact that it’s practically unusable for one of the main things that users will likely use it for makes it useless. Make it a top priority to fix the ticket scanner and whatever other major issues are being reported by users. Listen to your customers!

Scanning scratchers
This app never works properly. I can never get the scratch off ticket scanning function to ever scan the ticket.

Usually I have no issues checking tickets or signing signing up to win with my non-winning tickets but here lately I can’t even get to do anything

Absolute garbage ticket scanner. Doesnt zoom in on the qr code, you have to be 9’ away for it to come into focus but its too far away to recognize it. Don’t waste your time. To the app developers, its 2025, do better

Listen, look at the date of the last update. This app is 3 years outdated. The scanner for scratch tickets doesn’t work. Someone said in the comments that it is nice to check actual numbers but I feel like this is a waste of app space on my phone. I see why I had originally deleted it and will be doing so again. Pointless and annoyed. PS good luck and happy scratching! Call the gambling hotline if you or someone you know is having gambling issues :)

App scanner does not work, website they provide for app support is unresponsive.

The ticket scanner is horrible. Most of the time it either takes 20 seconds to scan/read the code or it doesn't scan at all. Last update was 3 years ago?? Please update!

Cannot purchase tickets through the app like other states allow. Scanning to check paper tickets doesn’t work. Absolutely zero reason to use this app. Don’t waste your time.
Limited Functionality
I just downloaded the App and will be deleting it. No ability to Create an ePlayslip with multiple Plays. Only allows multiple Draws. You can do that in person - so why design the App without the ability to select Multiple Plays. I like Multiple Plays and Draws on the same Ticket!!!

It is unacceptable for an application to be released into the app store in an incomplete and non-functional state. Such a practice is not only unethical but also potentially fraudulent, as it misleads users and deceives them about the capabilities of the application. The developers should be held responsible for ensuring that their applications are both functional and compliant with the terms of service, and they should not be permitted to continue accepting funding from taxpayers if they fail to meet these standards.
