User reviews

I avoided urgent care because of the iOX!!!

Since the company came out with the newest updated version I have loved it. I used it with my teladoc and was able to avoid going to urgent care because of it!

Good support despite other reviews

Mine arrived was yielding inconsistent results. Sent email with some results . Got quick reply from founder saying replacement unit was being shipped. Arrived, seems to be working well, I’m happy.

Does not work with iOS

I tried every help and review suggestion, on both my iPhone and iPad. It does not work. I got the same “Initializing” spinner and the “Low power” message. I’ve tried 4 different ways to contact the company, with no response. Luckily, I have a cheap Android phone, and it DOES work on that. Sad for Apple users.

New iPhone connectivity - excellent customer support

I had the issue previously reported on connectivity with new iPhones. Emailed the developer to the address on the website and received an answer in less than 24 hours suggesting to “restart your phone and do not open any other audio apps such as spotify or podcast. If that doesn't work, try to look at permission to see if the microphone permission is enabled. The signal comes back to the phone via the microphone input.” It worked!

Usd to work

At one time this device matched the pulse ox my Dr used but I recently got a new iPhone and have to use the mfi lightning to phono jack adapter and now only get a “power input too low...” error which appears others have reported. It appears useless at this point unless the author updates to software to fix this.
