This app doesn’t work
I’m not sure what the app is for if it can’t accommodate digital parking passes.
It prompts to enter vehicle information and add the digital pass to the phone wallet, but upon reaching out to customer service (following the onscreen directions in the app), I’m told the app doesn’t support digital passes. There is a huge disconnect from the abilities the app SAYS it has, and what the app actually does.

apple wallet glitch
Pass removes itself from my apple wallet and it won't add it back! Frustrating as I have to scan out twice to leave my apartment

This app is garbage. It displays the wrong pass (an old pass) that was tied to my account previously before it was replaced and thus causes me HUGE issues when I’m trying to leave the garage. Then it magically reverts back to the correct pass if I toggle around in the app. What a joke.
Works great until it doesn’t
mornings are hard enough—the last thing you want is creating a traffic jam trying to get into your lot.

Can't add payment method
The number pad covers up the submit button, so you can't add a payment method. So the app is useless.
Can lock you into a garage
Kiosk issues can lock you into a garage. Not intuitive when issues persist.
App does not work
I have tried multiple times, but cannot sign up for an account using the app.
Denied Parking
I prepaid for parking but when I got to the garage I was denied access. I’ve asked for a refund but as of five days later I have not received the refund. The person at the garage could not have been more rude or less professional. Do not use this service
DC not allowed
Previously, the application functioned correctly.
However, the District of Columbia is not included in the dropdown menu for registering a vehicle. Consequently, I am currently unable to register my vehicle.

Awful app functionality and customer service
I have been using this app for several years and I’ve had nothing but issues. The express pass has never worked and has always said contact customer service and every time I’ve contacted customer service, I’ve been told that it “should be working” Every time I try to add my vehicle license plate, the app crashes. About half the time I try searching for parking, the app gets stuck on a loading screen and I’m unable to even try to find somewhere to park. It has been nothing but headaches since the start.

8 days after putting in all of my information, including credit card, the app is still spinning, saying registering. This app has had my credit card information in limbo ever since and there’s nothing I can do about it.
Pass doesn't show in wallet
The pass does not show in wallet when double clicking on the lock button. It shows in the wallet app, which is not as easily accessible

Screwed over by high traffic from city events
On the 4th of July, the gates were left open for better traffic flow. By the time it was my turn to scan out the parking lot, the bars were up, and wouldn't take the code. Technically speaking my timer is still running. I sent an email and voice mail asking for help. Still no response

Not sure how it got so many stars. It won’t let you edit or remove cars/license plates, the pass doesn’t stay in apple wallet, and customer service is a joke.
Unusable
Tried to create and account and the ‘complete’ button is mostly off the screen and there is no way to press it. This is using an iPhone 16. Tried using the guest option, but you can’t select an arrival time in the past and there isn’t an option to scan the ticket that you get when entering. Completely unusable. Obviously testing was not done well or at all.

Inconsistent
When it works it’s great but it is very sketchy. Will be fine for 2 or 3 weeks and then stops working in one way or another. Sometimes forces me to pull a ticket, sometimes won’t let me out. License plate reader quits working. It can be frustrating. Hard to reach live person for help and people at garage are not helpful.
