Not the official Illinois tollway app
I thought this was official Illinois tollway app - but it is not and I was charged a service fee when I added cash to my account. Will not use this again. The official Illinois Tollway does not charge a fee to add money to your account. I am switching to that one.

Cannot see what vehicle is associated with transponder. What is the use of the app?

Do not download this app! It is a scam and I learned the hard way after paying several hundred dollars in unpaid tolls. I went to an Illinois IPass event that was being held at my local police station, this was when they went from transponders to stickers, and that is how I found out that this was a scam app and the real iPass would not charge you to add funds. For some reason my payments were not being reflected even though it was on the app!

Do not use
Scam of an app, use the official Illinois tollway app instead. This one will charge you well over 4% fee just for adding funds with it
Label or Nickname Request
I love having the IPass and ability to Auto-Replenish. I have never been charged a surcharge for the auto replenishment. In fact I just went through and double checked my account. We have had it for years while we do live out of state we do travel to and through Illinois often.
One thing I would love is to be able to add either a nickname or name my vehicle when I put on the plate as I do not know my plate numbers, but I want to make sure that as our plates change we update appropriately. I just had eight vehicles listed, though we only own four. So I deleted them all and started from scratch where I would’ve preferred not having to do that. Please add a field that would mean nothing to you, but that would help your end user. Thank You

A joke like Illinois
They will charge you to put money on the app so they can charge you to use the roads. It’s beyond stupid! We pay close to 10k a year on their highway tolls and they will still charge to give them money. Someone has to clean this mess up !

There is transparency on this app. No where in the app the show the processing fee! This FAKE app looks like a real app for iPads, only to charge you or payment.

Not official Illinois Tollway app. Found this out because I registered a new transponder in the app, but it did not actually register with the tollway which resulted in a bunch of unpaid tolls. Get the official “Illlinois Tollway” app instead.

Im using this app for couples more than 5 years and never have problem. Work more exactly than the Illinois app. In my experience
Possible fraud?
When you look into the about section, it’s states that they are not associated in anyway with Illinois iPass program. Why is there even a need for this app other than confusing people into funding their iPass account (after a fee of $1.99)

This is not the official Illinois tollway app!! As others have said, it's not any better and you pay more. No guarantee what they do with your info since they're not officially with the state and it's an independent company.
