Unreliable
I want to like the app. I really do. But it fails me each time I need to use it. The amount of phone restarts and redownloads of the app I need to do before I can make a successful call is certainly a challenge and very time consuming. It’s simply not reliable.
Bad connection
The app is a great idea. However, the constant connection issues create inconsistent ability to use the app as intended.
Just doesn’t work
We have this for work. It worked for a short while and in fairness, was okay. It has since stopped working on my phone; despite uninstalling, reinstalling and reviewing all logins. Now it no longer connects at all. Not sure if it’s worse with Apple products?!
Terrible
Feels 10 years old or more. I’ve had it for weeks and still can’t receive calls. No address book functionality. Just horrible.
Unable to play voicemail on IOS14
Unable to play voicemail from visual voicemail tab, on the latest IOS 14 update. Please look into fixing this

Doesn’t even logon.
Don’t waste your time. Commanders sold us a phone system because we wanted this app. We haven’t been able to LOGON let alone use it....

Drains battery
Using it for work - functional. However it overrides the iOS background refresh limitation and drains all of my battery in <3hrs. Have to keep uninstalling, as it ignores even battery saver mode.

Non si può lavorare! Anche se la connessione è stabile dopo 2 minuti di conversazione l’app non riceve più! Non si può, veramente! E non solo, il centralino rimane offline anche se la connessione o il Wi-Fi funzionano.

Kills Battery
The app drains my iPhone X battery by over 80% every 24 hours. This occurs even when the app has been closed.

12.0.1 güncellemesiyle program hata yapmaya başladı. Arama geldiği zaman bildirimler gelmiyor. Zil çalmıyor programa girildiğinde çalıyor. Program arka planda çalışmayı durduruyor. Şu an kullanamıyoruz bi an önce güncellenmesini bekliyoruz.

This app needs a lot of work to bring it up to date.
Disappointing
This app will use 70-80% of the battery capacity even when not logged in. Crazy. An incoming iPhone call will also cut off an IPECS call. Apart from these serious issues, it works well.

Works well. Issues though, hard to answer a call if the iPhone is locked.
If on a UCS call and a mobile call comes through the UCS call is dropped.

Voice mail to short? It doesn’t record it. Use a hands free blue tooth while out of the office? It doesn’t play well with blue tooth. Want to stop the annoying ring if you are in a meeting? Can’t do it. Want to save a voice mail? The screen locks up.

Issue with sound on iOS 9
The app goes in conflict with any other app playing.
For instance while playing music on iPhone, suddenly the music switches from the iPhone's loudspeaker (or Bluetooth device) to the internal speaker. Maybe caused by the reconnect routine of the app. Please correct this bug please.
