IPF doesn’t help!
It is a good app to check listing by various sellers akin to a Facebook marketplace or OLX.
There are two exclusive values that IPF claims to have which is shipping and money protection against fraud.
I have bought multiple things from IPF and both these things provide support which is subpar at best. There has been a 75% delay in shipping of all my orders (more than 15 days), packaging is horrible (I once ordered a carrier worth 10k which came in just a cardboard box and expectedly was damaged). I have gotten things that were torn/infested and no money protection has come to my rescue.
So overall, if you’re in a place where you can go and pick things from the seller please do that. Come to IPF to find sellers but not to use the IPF services.

Good initiative but lacks accountability
I genuinely appreciate the platform’s effort to create a marketplace for parents to reuse and circulate baby items. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I sold an item that got misplaced due to an AWB mismatch during pickup/shipping. When it was eventually returned, it came back badly damaged and is no longer usable or repairable for resale.
It’s unfortunate that a perfectly usable wooden item now has to be discarded because of poor delivery handling. If logistics are part of the experience, there should be stronger accountability and ownership to protect both sellers and buyers.
I am still awaiting response on my issue from IPF team.

Best option for new parents as products are really in good condition and with hassel free payments
Only thing is there have a real slow delivery

Good experience
The app is very similar to OLX but specifically made for kids products. Had a good experience although shipping took more time than expected but overall i would use the app again for sure.
Best app for all the parents
IPF is a really great app useful for all new parents. From toys to clothes we can buy and sell all products. It’s a really great initiative to save the environment - we can reuse the products which have a good shelf life and avoid these getting dumped. IPF has created a really great platform where new parents specially new mommies can connect and get helpful information regarding handling newborns/toddlers and share their postpartum issues.

They don’t provide any customer support. They don’t pick up calls, not even read messages. Save yourself from the stress and sell
your product which you bought from your hard earned money some where else. There are so many people posing as buyers are fraud and this platform supports them. Worst experience.

Amazing app
Truly amazing. We almost always get exactly how much we sell for and app runs free shipping frequently which is very helpful. Just that not many people sell in this app and i wish there was some boosting options so we can boost our already posted items for more people to see. Good app.
Worst service
I paid to buy a product it’s been more than a week they didn’t even collected it from the seller. No one answers the phone and no response on their WhatsApp. More than money if they confirm that the product can be delivered I can buy from somewhere else. Does not seem to be genuine! End up Frustrated and Disappointed!!

Deliver issues
They should really work on delivering items on time as the delivery partner very poor even after product reaches in your city they take 3-4 days after that to deliver or they do not pickup the items from sellers on time I have had multiple issues with this and as this is for baby’s parents order so they should work on this first.
