Terrible App
Confusion from the start! The company wants payment, but there’s no place in the App to put in CC Info, and the App will not take payment unless CC Info is in the App???

I really like the way I can review and make payments easily without any hassle.
This app is terrible
It, without fail every single time, takes a minimum of 3 minutes to load after signing in. Sometimes it’s even longer. I wouldn’t care about that if they’d just add an auto pay option. It’s 2025, why isn’t there auto pay?? This is the company my insurance uses, so unfortunately I don’t have any other option besides mailing in a check every month which at this point, would probably be less frustrating.

Extremely slow and inefficient. The website also doesn't work for a mobile phone. You have to get on the phone with an operator to even figure out how to do anything. I'm tired of companies farming out all of the work for a simple flipping payment to their customers, refusing to create functional software so that the simplest task takes an hour out of your day to conduct. Payment always charges an extra fee, so the nominal fee is deceptive.

This app has great potential but is the slowest & most difficult app to open & to load the info to make a payment!! I’d give a zero of that was an option!! I’ve made payments late b/c app wouldn’t load at time I needed & wouldn’t work for a day or 2!!
