Great App for booking shifts, easy to use.
Waste of time
Rubbish!! Been trying for over 24 hours just to register. When I finally get past one error that’s corrected in time there is another!!
Bad app…
I tried so many times and I can’t log in… sorry, but the app is really rubbish.
Dreadful
Awful app. Doesn’t work properly , has to be uninstalled frequently to get anything to work .comes up with unexpected error frequently , Callander doesn’t fit so buttons hidden, can only view 7 days
Difficult
Why keep changing the app? It get worse every time. The iOS version that you can now get at ipoint web far superior.

Worst app
How many times can an app freeze??? Deleted and re-added it so many times!
I have downloaded the app but unable to login
Waste of time
Constantly deleting and reloading . Makes no difference. Given up now . The website is going in the same direction . Just book shifts with the trust directly now. What a waste of time 🤬

Can another alternative be created?
I have downloaded and deleted it multiple times per day. The previous one was consistent and had no issues with it for months.

.
Again I’m now unable to see my booked shifts or book a shift. I have to go to the full website to do this now. This happened often with the old app but is now happening again which is disappointing it’s a very good app when it works
As useful as a chocolate teapot
The previous ipoint worked. This one doesn’t. But hey...the icon is prettier...🤭
Complete Failure
So I never used this app since created as it never worked. Now other options to book shifts submit timesheets etc are moving Towards using this Failed system
App Don’t Work Guys... Sort It Out
App Don’t Work Guys... Sort It Out
It’s totally rubbish sometimes
This app needs update. It’s started from good to worse. I believe it’s getting worse whenever it’s updated. About 6 years ago you can actually view your payslips on the app, but now instead of improving it got worse. The old app is better than the current iPoint app. There’s no option to refresh when looking for shifts. The only added improvement is the option to submit timesheets. The iPoint app is becoming harder to find a shift on iOS devices. It’s meant to get better not worse. They should have kept the old design then add more options to it, but the redesign don’t seem to work properly. I have complained about this so many times but with no changes. It’s better looking at the days in different colours to differentiate each days on the app when trying to book shifts.

Good!!
This app is good for booking shifts when you don’t have time to speak to someone
