Disappointing. I set it up hoping to join my team group chat but nobody could see me. Support couldn’t fix it. I gave up after a week.

I’ve used Pando in 3 hospitals now across different departments and it’s great. It takes a little bit of convincing to explain the benefits, but it works so easily with the secure messaging and wound photography (vital for us as a specialty) and even a jobs list.

Messages all look the same, no visual feedback of the Person txting as all come on the same colour, font and size.
Impossible to reply to single messages to highlight who are you referring to

Great app!
This app is awesome. Has made things so much easier since we have started using it and much safer than WhatsApp.
Our trust are rolling out personal issue iPads to staff and I am frustrated to see there is no iPad native app. Would be great if this was in the works.
