Incorrect Print Scaling
The app is resizing files during printing. A design set to 11 × 11 cm is printing at approximately 10.1 × 10.3 cm. It would be very useful to have a 100% actual-size printing option without automatic resizing.
I print Bluetooth name SCO 3h
It works just fine for mini printers

The little printer is chill asf .. black n white pics expected … but my only zoink is the paper is like receipt paper so you gotta get your own sticker paper but it’s dope

Won't connect to anything
Won't connect to any phone at all. I've tried three different ones. On Google play apps get "login error" but am never prompted to log in and it can't find the printer.
On iPhone it creates an account but then won't proceed past the login or hues screen.

The app just doesn’t show the mini printer in the equipment section. It’s in-fact empty and no amount of app refresh seems to show the device. Note: The device was on and the bluetooth on the phone was on too.

The app sucks. As a tattoo artist, I gave this printer a chance, but the app is outdated and not easy to edit or size images. They should work on upgrading the app. It’s not a bad printer, but the app definitely needs work.

Disappointed!
I was excited to use this portable printer but the app won’t even let me log in - the guest login button doesn’t do anything, and the Apple account login button lets me verify my ID but then also doesn’t do anything.
Does let you log in
Completely useless bit of kit if it doesn’t let you log in and there’s no troubleshooting/help centre to contact that I can find. Another waste of time now trying to get a refund on this
