False information

The app does not check blood pressure instead asking to enter blood pressure readings from external source. App Store should refund the money immediately as this vendor is falsely claiming something the App cannot deliver.

Deceptive title

The title and advertising implies this app can check blood pressure and blood glucose not just provide a tracking tool. I have buyer’s remorse and would like to cancel my subscription.

Changed my opinion

UPDATE:

I figured out what was wrong and how to fix it! My phone had a protective cover over the camera lens and the app couldn’t get a reading. I have since removed the camera protector and the app is working perfectly! I do, however, wish it would work with the clear camera lens protector because I drop my phone often and try to keep everything safe.

I have an iPhone 17 pro max. The app doesn’t seem to work with my phone at all. There is no app support available in the app and no way to contact anyone for help. I was excited at first but now I feel like I have been robbed.

Asked to refund twice but didn’t receive reply

Promised to have some functionality but didn’t show up after being installed. Made a subscription and paid for it two months ago. Unsubscribed right after, but so far haven’t received refund. Two emails were sent without any response. Curious if it is a scam

Bad App Do Not download, every few seconds an add is popping up and saying upgrade for what reason do we want to pay for something which is bad

I was under the impression this was supposed to track blood pressure. I guess all it can do is track pulse and it won’t even do that???? My health app and watch do this just perfectly. I cannot find any invoice number or anything but I would like a refund immediately. Or I might just do a stop payment through bank. Save your time and your money, DO NOT PURCHASE.

Rip off

The app implies that you can obtain your blood pressure from the app, which is incorrect. It also go you into doing a discounted one year subscription and that you can cancel it at any time. There is literally no way to cancel it using the app. There’s no button to push. There’s no link there is no way to do it. I sent him an email to cancel my subscription and no one has replied.

Nothing special here

All this app does on its own is pulse rate when I tell it to measure that, but my iWatch does the same automatically. Everything else that this app tracks has to be entered manually, but I already track that data in other apps without manual entry and don’t need it to be here too. No free trial. Waste of my money.
