Personally stating that as of today May 18th i found this app in an ad on facebook! I downloaded to complete a story called Your late love means nothing, and i got to chapter 8 and had to pay over $30-45 for coins to continue it!!! this is outrageous for a book !! Then i came to app store to read reviews and what i seen is grounds for a lawsuit, not only are you taking money from canceled subscriptions but you are not responding to customer service tickets or refunding money that dose not BELONG TO YOU !!! I have also seen that plenty of people even foreigners are enraged at this ! Its sad that we cant even read books without having to pay for it.

I got interested in reading a story I saw on insta and downloaded the app. The pages are a little short but I like how well written the story is. Naturally it’s like any other app, you can get free vouchers but if you’re impatient, you can buy them.
It’s ok
Lots of stories but expensive and takes long time to earn rewards.

Chapters lock after already paid for
I really enjoy the books on this app, however they say that once you’ve paid/read an entire book you have access to them forever but I’ve had books get re-locked and I can’t go back and re-read them with out paying for them again. Please unlock all the books that I have previously paid ALOT of money for!

Take advantage of their customers
You’ll set up an account and tie your PayPal to it and then they’ll never allow you to cancel. I have been attempting to cancel my subscription for months. They send the same generic email on how to cancel where the link provided does NOT work, and they continue to charge you WEEKLY. I’m now attempting to work with PayPal to stop payments. This is frustrating and I have zero desire to reengage with this application.
I have had zero follow up from their “help desk”. I would avoid this app and tread very lightly if you decided to engage with it. They do not care about their customers or the financial impact you could face.

Scam
I get charged 4 times a month for an app that i dont used. I. Tried it once and deleted the app and canceled but continued to charge me for 11 months. Once is somewhat ok but to take money 4 times a month is outrageous. I’m am waiting for a review so i they can cancel my subscription such a money scammer

Great stories
Originally had the OG iReader but that version of this app has been changed to a different language. Lost all my previously read books but they are available on here. Some amazing authors wish I could move my previously purchased reads over to this new app.
Keeps charging
I bought this subscription over the summer. It’s fine, whatever. But I decided I didn’t want to pay the subscription fee. I canceled auto renewal. Wasn’t in my Apple subscriptions. I used PayPal to pay and I’m still getting charged. There’s no way to contact the provider and I can’t dispute with PayPal because I approved the original payment and the app never sent an email or text or anything confirming the cancellation.

A not enough ad-points
Impossible to reach support
After requesting cancellation, I received an email that said to give them 48 hours. Two weeks later I was charged anyway, even though I had not used the service and had canceled. Extremely shady practices.
Stories seem good
Problem 1: the cost is outrageous for unlocking chapters. Problem 2: It seems like the stories could be more AI written.
DO NOT USE! FRAUD CHARGES
Charges were made to my account without my knowledge or approval. Made the company aware twice and nothing has been done yet! Will not be using again once my refund is given!!!!!

I’m so mad so when I first signed up months ago I thought ok I’m paying monthly which means I can read, no it does not mean anything then trying to cancel have no way to cancel at all finally thought I had it cancelled no just found out today they have been taking money out of my account every 2 weeks and I had to cancel through my bank
