This app was working fine for the first year, now it kicks me out every time I try to log on! Now it kicks me out before I even get my password in! Why?
Out of date. Insecure??
Worked initially. Updated IOS. Stopped working. Given the last published date for this app was 7yrs ago, I worry about its security implementation and question whether it’s really fit to be handling sensitive data such as payroll. Meanwhile, website is working on an up to date (2024) OS and browser.

Make new updates for the app that support newer iPhones this app keeps crashing on iPhone 15 pro max and it’s appalling since I need to check important stuff using this app and it keeps crashing

If I log in on website I can see everything but if I log in on app there’s nothing available
Works but outdated
The app seems to be working correctly on iPhone 12 with iOS 16.x but the app is super old last update says 6 years which I question the integrity of the app. It runs in some compatibility mode so the screen resolution is bad. It’s in urgent need of a refresh and some TLC.
Pointless!
So I *think* this is the platform my employer uses for payroll (the name sounds like it’s the same). And I can log on to the platform on the Web. But this app doesn’t know me, and there’s no button on the app I can see for ‘change password’ I can see so I can check if I’m registered.
Appalling
Even writing this review is slow and dated. Each time I go to login you never know if it will recognise ones password. Unable to login option does nothing. You enter your details place of birth etc. The tabs to not work to move onto next. I like the idea of online access however I don’t be bothered again. It’s too much of a time waster. I’ll keep to my paper pay slips. Shame as paperless is the way forward.

Update the app
Please update the app for newer versions of Apple devices with notched and bigger screens ? As this versions seems to stop to iPhone 8 and now supporting notched screens and max devices. Also the ability to download a payslip form the app would be great .

Can’t even log in to my account
Doesn’t work!
App keeps crashing and shutting down when I try to open it. It’s been like that for several months now, I wish they would fix it.

Since the new IOS update, I have been unable to open this app. As soon as I click on it, it opens and then immediately closes/crashes. Please sort it out so I can view my payslips and P60!
It doesn’t work
As with numerous other people the app doesn’t work with the same login details as I use on a pc! A very basic error!
Needs more features.
Works at a very basic level.
You can log in and view your payslips / P60 etc but that’s all.

Absolute waste of time, put my CORRECT details in 10 or more times and tells me it’s wrong, but then I go on to the web version and put the same details in and works fine, just remove the app... idiots
Don’t use!
Total rubbish 15 times trying to access my wage slips! No joy. Absolutely useless, and no it’s not the first time I’ve had an issue it’s the umpteenth, of course I’ve no choice as it’s my employers decision to use them but I strongly recommend not to use them ever if u have ur own business and wish to run it with efficiency and professionalism. This company is hopeless, iris payslips, be better getting access with a tin opener!

App allowed me to use for a few months. Then told me to change my password, and now it tells me my email and password are wrong and I css as my use it!!! Absolute rubbish!!!!! And no one from the App is answering any of the reviews on here!!!!

Come get your selves sorted this has work no problem for latest 6years no suddenly say no connection to internet I HAVE INTERNET AND WORKS SORT YA SELVES OUT !!!!
Basic functionality.

It would be nicer if the app was updated for newer screen sizes - currently not optimised for iPhone XS Max.
A share option to export payslips as PDFs would be a useful addition.
