Dash cam
This is the worst dash cam ever. In the 16 months I have it. I could accessed it once.
Doesn’t Work
Such a waste of money. It will not connect to the app. Have been back to the store that sold it multiple times to get it to connect followed all the instructions. The app is Not fit for purpose.

Had dashcam fitted by available car and have to say set up is poor and instructions are hard to follow, it also has a mind of its own and comes on when the car is locked and operates parts of the car and drains the battery

Awful dash cam
It’s not easy to connect to the dash cam at all. Very expensive and not user friendly.
Worthless piece of garbage
Looks nice, but nothing works constantly - tells me to register and then won't allow access to register
Waste of money
Made the mistake of purchasing with a new MG car before doing any research. Absolutely pointless dashcam. Annoying messages when you are driving. The one time there is an incident there is no footage. Have to go thru a dance just to connect to see useless footage. Can not believe that MG offer these as their preferred dash cam.

Confusing setup, decent usage
The setup needs work, the connection button takes you to the apps settings within system settings but nowhere does it guide you to turn on WiFi on the device and to connect to its local WiFi network for setup. Hence why I think people get stuck. Once that’s done, it’s pretty straightforward from there. Live feed is very clear and sharp from the front and back cameras. Updating firmware was simple enough. So far I’m pretty happy with the app.

Terrible absolutely awful app never come across anything as useless as I road dash cam. And the system was cheap dealer recommended it im guessing they get a kickback. Avoid avoid avoid this app

Non Si Connette Più alla Dashcam
L’app improvvisamente non si connette più alla dashcam, e non capisco se possa essere legato all’aggiornamento del sistema operativo, perché l’ultima volta che mi sono collegato il telefono era aggiornato a iOS 17, ora con iOS 18.7.1 nella sezione Wi-Fi del sistema operativo mi collego alla Wi-Fi della dashcam ma l’app non si connette, quindi non posso fare niente

Don’t bother
Terrible software. Wifi connection is terrible. I have had this for about 4-5 months. Is is F’n useless Really felt like a waste of money. Even downloading the video from the SD card became a problem.

Rubbish - avoid at all cost
The camera footage itself is ok - when you can access the WiFi to review footage. The app and the WiFi etc is absolutely rubbish. The camera practically never connects to WiFi so it’s almost impossible to review footage. Complete junk - no excuse for interface and wireless tech that doesn’t work first time, every time in 2025. Save the frustration and buy something else

The worst app ever
After a week of multiple attempts trying to get it connected to phone STILL NOT HAPPENING an absolute total waste of money and energy. Camera came recommended by the dealer I bought the car off. All I can think is they’re getting a massive kick back.. AVOID THIS CAMERA AND APP.
Rubbish
Worked fine to start along side the webcam, but now doesn’t even recognise that I even have a registered webcam. For the price of the webcams, back and front you would have a at least have a working app. I gave you 1 because I can’t give a zero. Believe that’s being generous 😡

camera installed everything correctly, the application is terrible! but my biggest problem is when I try to watch the recorded videos or see the live one it always gives an error. (Wi-Fi has disconnected or a temporary error has occurred. Please try again later.)
