Since update, App will not open
My app won’t open, and it won’t allow me to report the issue to iRobot. The vacuum won’t connect at all. I tried various ways to get it to connect. I have an iPhone 15 pro max, and the Roomba S9. I tried to get it to clean just by pressing the clean button on the S9, but the Roomba just goes a few feet / spins in circles, and will not dock. Purchased this in 2023.

So many software bugs. I wish it could clean them first.
Stopped working
Keeps getting an internet connection required and the app hangs. I just deleted and reinstalled from the cloud so the connection isn’t the issue.
I also have been having issues with the scheduling feature. Just stopped and I have to re-enable the schedule every day.

I love it! Easy to setup, doesn’t take up much space and does a fabulous job cleaning. Still have to clean the areas that it can’t get to, like behind doors.

Does a good job, but it’s starting to get stuck in places that it’s never gotten stuck before and I don’t understand why nothing has changed. The furniture was not changed. There’s nothing in its way but yeah it’ll get stuck.

Does ‘t not go off as scheduled
The robot I had before was much better. This one has a mind of its own. Annoyed.
Very glitchy
So many issues with saved areas and multiple maps. Overall it doesn’t do a great job but it is helpful to have and Roomba in general is better than nothing. However, the tech really is not as good as it should be considering it’s been around so long.
Lonesome hideaways
This little machine gets where you don’t want to get every time. The hideout are no longer hidden! It actually got a glue trap stuck under neath where the brush spins. It finished cleaning ,went back to its base, emptied its bin and sent a all good to my app. It was recharging ready to go with a glue trap stuck to its underside. Dedication.
