iRobot embedded software bugged, no response
My robot would leave its harness, spin around a few time, then return home saying there is an error. I have sent a message earlier about this to no avail. I looked online and this seems like a common problem with iRobots. Still no response from 1-2 months from iRobot, will not buy/recommend them again.
**Update: followed up with email to company to no response (~1+ weeks or so), so not expecting any real follow up.

I love my Roomba! It keeps my house so clean. I love that I can schedule when I want it done so it doesn’t interrupt anything we have going on. I am a groomer and it still keeps up with the hair I may bring in the house. Good job!😁

This is my second Roomba, and I am so glad that my husband encouraged me to try them out! They are such a convenient way to help keep our floors clean, and I love how the app let me map my home so that I can tell my i9 where I want it to clean! Thanks iRobot!!
App is ok, Robot is good
The app sometimes hangs on first launch while opening “experience”. Have to close and restart. The S9 robot is good. You have to do maintenance on it to keep it running good. Replaced battery after 3 years. Replaced rollers when they wore out. Minor disassembly to blow out guts with air compressor and wipe down internals. Handles hair from German Shepard for the most part. Occasionally gets clogged. The robot is easier to clean and unclog than my upright vacuum so there is that.

Garbage app. Use the new one. This one doesn’t know what it’s doing and just spend the whole day spinning around or going to a room it wasn’t supposed to go.

It was easy to teach them, they clean very well and I’m very happy with the results, the robots are very easy learning and do what suppose, the maintenance is easy and no brainers, I love them!!!

8 years and still cleaning
I’ve had my roomba for over 8 yrs and it still does a great job. I have replaced the battery and done regular maintenance.
