What a Joke
Iron sights is just another tool for the rich oil oil companies to nickle and dime local businesses owners. They use this tool(that is poorly designed to start with) to invade your privacy, track you, and question every bill you make. They have even floated the idea to make us charge by the minute, I don’t think people understand the behind the scenes work that sometimes happens on daily jobs. I also had to up my cell data at my con as this app chews my data away.
This app has increased my costs, decreased my billing, and added headaches day to day with its poor design.

Privacy Issues
My location services has been shut off for Ironsight for 3 days now. I just got a notification on my phone letting me know that Ironsight has been tracking my location for the past 3 days.
Drivers don’t like this bs
All this app does is give me double work
When you go on duty
When you open the app to go on duty it should also start your job at the same time.

The job stopped workflow was just fine but now I have to put in the date manually and the time manually in the place I’m delivering manually even if I edit the delivery point in the description stop adding more steps take away steps now!!!

Super easy for our drivers in the field to complete their digital field tickets on the app. Then instantly it’s ready for us admins in the office to spot check and send to our invoice system for payment from our customers.
FORCED TO USE
Forced to use. Not simple. Now FORCED to have location on ALWAYS not WHILE JUST USING APP. I can’t go to work without running this. Junk
Oilfield Logistics
As a dispatcher this app makes scheduling jobs, and sending out to our drivers in the field so much easier! When they are finished with the job it puts it in a PDF digital ticket and ready to invoice to our customers.
