Terrible application
Forced to use this due to employer. I reach out to tech support multiple times a week due to work items disappearing and not repopulating. They cannot fix the issues.
Camera issues
Still no fix on the camera on iPhone with the screen losing all data if the screen rotates. Now after closing a ticket and clicking save the app crashes on iPhone 16, SE and iPad. Why is this? There was never a response with the camera crashing. Why not?
App freezes
App is now starting to freeze after each ticket is located marked or cleared
Camera issues
An update on the camera failure here. When I am at home on WiFi and take a photo then move the camera sideways the camera lens moves too. Now when I move it back upright the photo moves too. Now in the field I do the same and the photo lens does not move back and becomes only a portion of what it is supposed to be and I lose all photos taken. This has not been fixed yet. Very inconvenient.
When you use an iPhone like the SE 2 or 3 or iPhone pro max like the 13, when you are taking photos you have to keep the phone vertical. If you happen to move your phone and it goes to landscape you lose all your pictures you just took because it errors out and goes all black except for a portion of the phone screen. It’s done this for twelve years now and there is still no fix?

Fix the camera issues
Can you please fix the very slow camera problem. Taking photos is painfully slow
Unable to use
Cannot sign in app with original credentials that are used on edge site. Edge site is terrible as well with picture loading. Only able to upload 1 picture at a time and takes forever. Keeps booting me out to have to sign back in.

It’s 2024! Need to do an overhaul of this app.
Piss poor app
App doesn’t work. Contacted support and their response was sometimes the app works and sometimes it doesn’t we don’t support the app.
Crashes Every Patrol
I do aerial pipeline patrol 5 days a week and dread every week the day I need this app. Thank Jesus it’s only 1 day a week
Fix the ridiculously slow camera
The app is ridiculously slow at taking pictures, it takes forever!! Fix it before we all ditch this company for other programs.

Instead of fixing bugs, every new update introduces new ones!
With this most recent update, capturing Photos is almost impossible, and the photo orientation gets flipped around.
Saving photos is an essential part of my job, but your software continues to get worse and worse with every update in this regard.
Do you guys even test your software before you release it?

Horrible application
Has had upload and sync issues for years, not even a semblance of a new app/update being developed. Complete overhaul is needed.
Syncing issues
Years later and the app still has synch issues. Freezes, closes out, does not allow multiple pictures to upload, no navigation features…needs an overhaul!!
Trash App
Apps 10 years ago were more user friendly. This has made my job harder. Terrible ticket management program. 0 stars.
Needs a lot of work exclamation
Does not pull in all the tickets from in associated queue. Does not allow copy and paste function, Which would be extremely helpful.
barely works
constant failure to sync. the app also keeps mapping my tickets incorrectly, and shows them as far north as newfoundland or way south intennessee — my tickets are all in ohio. this makes it really difficult to route my day
Unstable, semi intuitive
I can make it work, but the UI/UX has a lot of work needed. You have to coax it and trick it into doing what it should just do.
Not syncing
I have all the settings correct. Everything is up to date and this thing still won’t sync. Please help.
Colorado locator
Sync issues are constant, have to uninstall and reinstall (appears to be happening when there are a lot of photos attached to locate request). Please fix as soon as possible.
