This needs some major work
As of right now more often than not when I try to open the app it just says I can’t when I’m in driving mode. Uninstalling it until they get it working properly.

No detailed info for your load like the Reference #, PO#, Temp needed for your Refer. Can’t change your HOS from this app either.

I will not give a review of ‘ISAAC On The Go’ besides saying man do I miss Samsara and TRANSFLO after bashing them. As of ISAAC Connect, it seems to be location triggered when I complete a trip to a customer. So I just arrived to my delivery, I took my phone in to have the convenience of the delivery #’s needed and or reference #’s needed and it was just gone. So I had to carry in the tablet. So here you are carrying your giant tablet in when what’s on your phone would be perfectly suffice. Believe you me you’ll drop that tablet at some point. The app is not clean, now helpful at all anyways. We need our shipping and receiving info available at all times until we remove it and why must I take photos of my documents with some cumbersome big tablet, again rather than my cell phone. I regret my company even considered making the switch, I haven’t met one happy driver with it. Lots and lots of improvement needed yet. Oh and the logging part on the tablet, again I know it’s not the app…. Awful.

Your app is great and works great but you guys need to have notifications on app. So people will know they have messages from dispatch. Otherwise you have to login to check or sometimes don’t know until you login. Please try to add notifications on your app. Thanks.

One of the worst
This system is, I cannot even comprehend why it works the way it works, I know it’s not just the system itself but my company too, for example the app for the phone doesn’t even have a notification system so when I’m off duty and the company has an issue goes straight to the system yet I never receive it when I’m on duty and when I am it’s to late… the inspection tab like seriously why do we have two separate inspections one in the dash board and below logbook? I have to go to the main menu hit post/pre trip manually put it in when there’s an inspection tab that all of post and pre can fit into what should happen is when you hit inspection the left side should refresh to “dashboard,messages, trips, pre/post
