Cluttered and unusable 😕
Poor app
Despite using the app successfully for a year, the last update in 2023 wrecked my access. My email is not recognised even when the leisure centre allowed me to use a different email address.
Terrible design poor functionality
Currently unable to access the app. When I can it insists I log in every time. Once in I have to travel through sub menus which are not easy to remember or in obvious places. Accessing the progress of my three kids swimming lessons it doesn’t really communicate much about their achievements in a structured way. A simple tick system would be more functional

Worst app ever!
This is quite literally the worst app ever, it’s always going wrong which means you cannot log in to check your bookings, make further or cancel a booking.booking. It’s not been working for over a week now.
Also very difficult to find your way around the app!
Please do something as it’s driving us members mad!

Gym class booking
When this app is working, its a 5 star, it’s great, you can book classes, cancel bookings, check times, go onto waiting lists,
