Poor app
Despite using the app successfully for a year, the last update in 2023 wrecked my access. My email is not recognised even when the leisure centre allowed me to use a different email address.
Terrible design poor functionality
Currently unable to access the app. When I can it insists I log in every time. Once in I have to travel through sub menus which are not easy to remember or in obvious places. Accessing the progress of my three kids swimming lessons it doesnāt really communicate much about their achievements in a structured way. A simple tick system would be more functional

Worst app ever!
This is quite literally the worst app ever, itās always going wrong which means you cannot log in to check your bookings, make further or cancel a booking.booking. Itās not been working for over a week now.
Also very difficult to find your way around the app!
Please do something as itās driving us members mad!

Gym class booking
When this app is working, its a 5 star, itās great, you can book classes, cancel bookings, check times, go onto waiting lists,

What happened?
Used successfully for years now just stopped working without explanation.

Simply does not work. After committing a small fortune for gym membership the app will not allow me to register a password and grant access to a members booking. Instead of using an app to book sessions Iām reduced to visiting the gym to make a booking. In 2023 this is an archaic service. Trying to find a contact number for the app owners is equally frustrating.

Done with this app
I got to access my sons swimming lessons for a whole two weeks before the app kicked me out. Now all I get is a registration screen or a blank page with a spinning wheel!

How are we supposed to book our sports classes when this app doesnāt work. Click on the Home Screen to access your sports centre and it just spins. Absolutely awful app. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Originally the application worked fine, but for the last four months I have been unable to use it.
All devices, sit there with the spinning wheel, waiting for it to load for ages (after 20 minutes, Iāll give up).
Sports centres use this app, I am told to delete it and reload it, or reset my password.

It is absolutely awful.

Embarrassing
This app is literally an internet browser for your leisure centre website but more clunky. Just bookmark the leisure website on a browser and delete the app.
As bad as it gets
This is probably the worst app I have ever used. Itās slow, crashes, not at all intuitive. What an absolute disgrace!

This app is so rubbish. Our local Sports Centre just started using it and itās impossible to book as a guest. It makes you wait until 4 days before the session until you can book rather than the previous 7 and wonāt let me get pass putting the session in the basket - just freezes. On both the app and web version. And why canāt you search by date? Surely thatās should be an obvious option????

So many issues
I donāt know how many times I have tried to reset my password due to not being able to login!! I have deleted and reinstalled the app a few times in the hope that this helps - letās see!!!
