Will stop working on you
This app stopped working and it wont even let me add the feeder. Now i have just an expensive bowl. Don’t waste your money on this and if you already did run to return it.

APP STOPPED WORKING
I’ve had this unit since 7/26/2020 and it’s worked great..... until today. The app will not allow me to sign in so I can change feeding settings. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the app. No luck. Tried unplugging the unit and removing the batteries and waited for a few minutes to plug it all back in to reset everything. App still is not working. I can push the button on the unit to feed manually. Not sure if it’s feeding as scheduled or not. I have to wait until later when the feeding is scheduled. Wish I could have a number to call for assistance but I can find nothing. Fix the app please.

Unit refuses to access the router even though I do everything it said to. I’ve tried over 20 times and it’s pretty much just an expensive bowl at the moment.

Can’t even log in
My feeder requires the app for programming, but after I register my email and try to log in, it does nothing. I’m stuck at the login screen, locked out of all functions, and left with a normal cat bowl. Boo.
Stops feeding
Worked fine for a bit. Now it will only feed my cat 2 meals before it stops going with the schedule but continues to show fed on the schedule. After being unpaired and then repaired it will feed two meals and stop again. When I go to manual feed, the time stamp is always off as well. Please fix this!

Really happy
Surprised this doesn’t have more reviews. I’m very busy and can be forgetful. This has really saved me from turning my car back around to go feed my doggo.
Works great so far
Overall app does what it says it will do and pets get fed on time each day. One thing I wish it did though was had a motion trigger/push notification for the camera on the feeder (can only manually record now). Not sure if that is app function or feeder function though.
