Quick and easy
Completed Amazon tasks for just over 2 years now; the app does bug out from time to time (doesn’t load, sync error, etc) but payment is always on time and tasks are checked fairly and accurately. Good if you want some items for free and pocketing a bit of cash for your time
Crashes all the time
It’s always crashing when you try to open the task page but you have to just keep trying as the website on a phone is horrible.

App is slow as dirt and the geo location doesn’t work. Just use the website instead.

Absolutely awful app
Incredibly slow, every time you exit a survey it loads up every photo again and you cannot work in any other survey until each photo is finished, there can be hundreds of photos. Often crashes. This needs an update.
Easy to find shops!
I like the app. It is easy to find jobs available in my area and really easy to sign up for them. Very helpful and user friendly!

I never receive any Amazon ones as I am unable to travel like 5 hours just for £4 which is stupid
Horrible fix it
If I could give a negative rating I would. I have two times tried to log into the mobile app and it’s made me change the password. Every time I enter everything correctly, it doesn’t let me login and I can’t believe you are not on top of this issue. Another user reported that same issue a year ago and it’s still not resolved. To be honest if you do not fix it, some shoppers might look elsewhere to do shops because of this problem. So please fix it asap.

Scam
They find every reason not to pay you. You better be able to give them all conversations verbatim. Half the time you can’t sign into your account. Don’t waste your time or money.
Doesn’t let me log in
When I try and log in with my details (identical to the ones working on the website) it returns me back to the log in page!

What’s happened?
The whole app has gone downhill. When I try to open a survey in my tasks, the app just closes. This never used to happen until about a few weeks ago.
I’ve had to download the old app!

App and website submitting shops don’t work right
I can’t even log into the app. I enter my information and click submit and it changes what I had entered in. I used the website to do a shop that has 7 different parts. It’s suggested to click save frequently so you don’t lose your work. It didn’t work, I got an error after clicking save and lost everything. I entered my information again, clicked save and got an error again. Appears they have some bugs to work out. There’s lots of mystery shopping companies out there that don’t have issues.
