Roll back this latest interface update. What you had was perfectly fine. This new layout is confusing and complicates finding the info we want.

Worst update after server update in india

This app is pathetic it gets log out every 2 hour then while log in it locked out there is zero support in india I am from rewa madhya pradesh worst mistake is choosing this brand as inverter there is wating time for replacement please use other brand

Verschlimmbessert

Nach dem Update ist die App unglaublich unübersichtlich geworden. Ich beschwert mich selten, aber die alte App war sehr übersichtlich und wenn ich bei meinen Nachbarn auf ihre Apps geschaut habe hab ich mich bisher immer gefreut weil man bei iSolarCloud immer sofort alles gesehen hat. Nun hab ich eine optisch schönere App auf der ich mich sehr schlecht zurecht finde. Auch nach zwei Tagen. Die App ist langsamer geworden und ich hoffe die klassische Ansicht bleibt erhalten. Man gewöhnt sich an alles aber dieses Update war ein Griff ins Klo.
Update 3.9.26: wie geschildert gewöhnt man sich an alles, aber trotzdem war die alte Optik deutlich übersichtlicher. Man hat auf den ersten Blick alles gut erkannt. Die Probleme mit den aktualisierten sind immer noch nicht besser geworden. Man muss manuell laden damit alle Werte aktualisiert sind.
Bei den Wetter Daten wird nie ein richtiger Sonnentag angezeigt. Entweder Regen, oder weniger Regen, auch bei puren Sonnenschein tragen. Vielleicht kann man die Darstellung überarbeiten.

The changes are not good. Can’t just scroll through previous days data. Can’t even log out.
Bring back the previous version.

I originally loved this app. It was easy to read what was happening with the power distribution and very clear that I checked on the daily.
Was a little upsetting initially by the changes.
Since providing feedback and some investigation, I’ve been able to get the app view as per original and my preferences.
Now all is good again and works well.

I am very impressed that the app developers have taken on feedback I provided, updated the app and contacted me directly to let me know. The app is now much improved and the “sync” is now much more intuitive and sensible. Thank you!
Will keep an eye on the app and respond to the developers directly with a view to giving the app 5 stars in time.

bad design? Change back to classic mode! update july26

Wow. The update has tried to reinvent a wheel but made a triangle in stead. The new diagram of the house is so hard to read and comprehend the information. The actual solar input is not as easy to find and the widgets are all but useless as data is not accurate compared to the app! The ‘weather’ background is also inaccurate.
There is the ability to go to classic mode though this is not explained in app. So it redeems itself in this bad new UI design.

Latest update looks good but fails to deliver.

Do you guys QA this stuff. The plant overview is no longer updating and I can no longer monitor anything in real time. You removed the indicator to shoes that it was refreshing?? Why? So we can’t see that it’s no longer refreshing.

The app keeps getting made to look nicer but the usability and UX just keep’s getting worse

Update: I’ve changed my review to 4 stars due to the app now being updated to fix the issues I had originally given feedback on.

Poor

Some nice pictures, but that’s where it ends. The data is slow to update, the U/I is confusing, some notifications are greyed out, so unsure of whether it’s a current notification or not. This should be super simple, but it’s not. The latest update makes it even less clear. Sometimes it shows my battery is full, when it is in fact, drained. Just to force charge from grid for 2 hours is complicated and messy. Very frustrating app.

This ap overides every parameter change or setting adjustment. It has a save button but that does not do anything.

My inverter turning off daily and your customer care for india is really very very bad do something about it i was facing problem at most for one month please don’t install solargrow inverter if you have no customer care in your area

Terrible Update

New interface is totally not user friendly. Developed by someone sitting in an office that knows what everything means… no loner simple for home users

Charts are unreadable

Used to be a pretty good App. Not anymore. The daily production charts are now completely unreadable in the latest version.

Thanks for reverting the chart

Hi Devs, just want to say thanks for reverting the chart back to the way it was.

The most important thing was to be able to see the feed-in as a negative value instead of super imposed with the solar we receive throughout the day.

It’s a lot easier that way. 5 stars for listening to the users.

App redesign sucks

ISolarCloud used to be intuitive and informative and easy to use. The new iOS redesign, though, made it harder to see where energy is flowing in the system, and harder to find settings such as the EV charger mode, etc. the flow and values shown on the home page use too small font. The “plant achievements” are a useless gimmick and a waste of space. At least the web app is still the same, please don’t make the same changes to it!
