Buyer beware

Created the account, connected the steam room controller to WiFi , downloaded the app, confirmed it's connected to the device . When I click start nothing happens. Also why do you not put the app on your website? I had to figure this out on my own, it's not even mentioned in your manual! Garbage app, garbage control panel. Would not buy a Mr steam again.
