Useless for tourist
If you have a US phone number, you will not be able to receive the activation code. It looks like this only works for people who have a Polish phone number.

The application has some regional restrictions, some foreign prefixes are blocked in the mobile application, which makes it impossible to receive the activation code for numbers outside Poland
The only way to go.
Excellent! I have been using their services for many years - trustworthy, reliable, safe, nice, responsible, professional, classy, local, honest, licensed, legitimate and on time! Can’t ask for more.
Can’t Register App
Unfortunately it’s not letting me register.. I enter my USA phone number and wait for the verification code which never comes. Can’t move forward with the registration. Too bad. I was hoping to use on my Italy trip.
Can’t sign up
I downloaded the app and put in all of my information. It said it sent a verification code to my phone number but I never received it (tried 3 times). Will move on to a different app.

The Application does not send an activation message, unfortunately, so it is a failure because it is supposed to be a universal Application
Registration Malfunction
Traveling in Italy, Monaco and France. Tried multiple times to register but the App would not process it. Finally, reverted to the old fashioned way of flagging down/calling taxis and am deleting the app next.

Can’t sign up!
The app won’t allow me to register for an account! Everytime i try to continue after inputting my phone number it tells me there is a problem sending an SMS to the number. I’ve tried my Italian number and my American number, have deleted and reinstalled the app…same message every time. Would be nice to be able to use the app!

Confusing message about the time when booking from a different zone
I was booking a taxi for my mum and when I selecting the time, I received a message: ‘you’re in the zone: Europe/London. By ordering taxi ride fo the future, order will be planned in the time zone of the place travel (Poland).’
Guess what, the travel wasn’t planned in the Polish time zone. The application displayed that I booked the taxi for 5am but it didn’t arrive until 6am!
My mum missed her coach and had to rearrange the travel.
Please fix this feature ASAP!!

Może i dobrze , bo czytam w opiniach ze aplikacja aplikacją a złotówy dalej swoje: nie myślą o zbudowaniu marki tylko o oskubaniu klienta dziś .

Terrible service and company
I was told my taxi would be 16-20 zly which is 3-4 £ I then got to hotel and was told it was ten times that amount , was then threatened with the police and had to pay up very embarrassing situation and won’t use again and recommend people to watch when using this company.
Not working in smaller towns
I tried to order a taxi in a town in Poland (population over 100.000) and after 20 min it was cancelled!

Of 4 attempted bookings, one, which was booked 24hrs ahead was fine.
Other 3 attempts, drivers accepted bookings and then cancelled them at short notice. Very unprofessional
