Awful app, awful company

Price-gouging sleezeballs. Misclassifies employees as contractors. Awful, buggy, slow app. Promises cars that don’t exist or ETAs that are way off. They once screwed up, but instead of a refund, they gave me credit in uber. I don’t want that! It’s a taxi company, for goodness sake. It’s not the Second Coming.

We loved Altis and he was awesome! Very polite and clean car! First uber drive for us and it was great!

Low pay

You need to pay more than 13 dollars for a 25-40 minute drive gas prices are high and you wanna pay us very little that’s ridiculous. I see how much u charge for uber if they need to go far why don’t you give us half or something. Stop being greedy
