Really gone downhill

Had nothing but problems with uber these days. Set a ride 6 hours in advance and they just didn’t send anyone. They refused to do anything about it. Really just terrible customer service.

Sydney airport to north Richmond

We ordered the uber from the airport and hamza was there within4 minutes and helped us with our bags and was very knowledgeable about the area and was a very sociable and nice man and would definitely recommend him to anyone! Well done for a great job
