Based on the mesmerizing history of this awesome “King AbdulAziz Centre for World Culture” (Ithra’a) building, I, for one, rated this Ithra’a App 5/5. Once you enter the Ithra’a Building, rating the App 5/5 is not enough. I would’ve rated this App 8/5.
