Amazing!

The amount of information this app provides is amazing, there is no HRV apps out there like it, especially in terms of its diversity and reliability. The Polar chest strap is recommended for cleanest data. There is also no other app that I know of so far that measures the pulse pressure wave/Mayer wave and calculates it’s phase relation to the HRV spectrum(Berry sensor is best for this). Dan and Patrick are genius!

Some things that would be useful to add to the analysis are standard HRV measurements such as SDNN(especially for long recordings) and RMSSD.

Apple Watch

Great stuff, can we make it compatible with my Apple Watch as a heart rate monitor? That would be great.

How i use it.

I take the chakra center data that can be seen in real time after swiping left at the bottom of the screen during a session. With the chakra center data i fill in the necessary centers by using binaural beats.

The breath sessions are immersive and relaxing.

Wonderful

Thank you for creating this wonderful app. I just downloaded it and I’m getting familiar with it. But just a little bit that I did is just amazing and I cannot believe anything at all this information in a completely inexpensive way.

Can not get sensor to connect.

I’d love this to work and bought three of the apps. Big dan winter fan for years.

Can’t get my iHealth to connect.

Would love some help here

Mr Botte. ? Thank you and kindest regards.

Very annoyed

Paid premium price for this app
And will not connect to my polar hr monitor or my bose soundsport pulse or my bio connect
Seriously I will be asking for a refund
Considered seriously before I bought the app

Crashes

Not worth $25 when it crashes and loses your recording. Not good for my temperament.

great Appp... Most advanced breath pacer

I love this app the most i like about it is the personalized breathing pacer function you can set your inhale inhale hold exhale exhale hold as you like '... love the app and looking forward to newer versions with more features.

High potential

There is a lot of potential for this app. As for now it has a lot to be desired. I really enjoy new technology and after realizing the limited advanced functions the iHealth app has I was very excited to see iTHRVE. I want the ability to export the complete data set that is being recorded and I thought iTHRVE was the app. I have been unable to actually connect my iHealth pulse to the app, the UX/UI is clunky with no visual appeal, the cost is very high, and no response from company through email. The UX/UI would not bother me if that was the only downfall since I am interested in the data not playing in the app. The high price wouldn't bother me either if the app worked seamlessly.

I understand all apps have a starting point and bumps in the road. With that said, there are too many bumps at this point for me to use or recommend this app. Hopefully there is development progress and I will have the opportunity to change my review.

Simply amazing

You basically get a $2000 biofeedback machine for $25.

Thank you so much for creating this app! I look forward to using it more to help with my illness.

Good investment

Good investment
I’ve been using the app for a few weeks now and I love it. It took me a bit of time to master all the functions (and get the finger sensor for craniosacral training) but it was worth it. My favourite function is the stress measurement and the caduceus breathing. And I can track my stress management progress. Good investment and I do recommend it to anyone who’s serious about balancing and optimising their HRV and craniosacral rhythm.

Loads of functionalities in just one great HRV app

Great app. Still exploring all the options - so many functions (very good value for all the functionalities in just one HRV app). Looking forward to recording my HRV during sleep over a few nights (ordered my Polar H7 bluetooth chest strap on Amazon; already using my iHealth PO3 Wireless Pulse Oximeter). The breathing cue is brilliant (and I thought I knew how to breathe!!) and the craniosacral entrainment is fascinating. I didn’t even know you could measure craniosacral rhythm! Turns out that I’m pretty amazing already and can get better. Good app.
