Malfunctions
App continually craps out and won’t upload content for transcription without deletion and other maneuvers. Glitches in this manner far too often.
Immediately charged a fee
I waned to try for free and was immediately charged for the annual amount and I could not get reimbursed although I had also immediately cancelled it. Very disappointed.

Waste of money. Slick how you download and then get charged for a “ free trial”. I kept it 10 minutes, discovered it sucks and cancelled free trial

I tried to record an employee meeting, and when I did the transcribe button, not one bit of it made any sense
Recorded next to nothing.
Please correct me if this was possibly user error, but unless I was yelling directly into the microphone it wasn’t picking anything up. A couple words here and there- incorrectly at that. I use the microphone regularly with other applications without an issue, but this was a struggle to get a response from. I deleted it right away.
