Completely Unable To Download Payslips
As the title suggests, I’m unable to download either my Payslips / P60 for personal purposes. Have tried the web version and the app version yet nothing is happening. Good to look at payslips but at a cost of going through every hoop and obstacle trying to get logged in.

Utterly useless app, does not work at all. Don’t waste your time, no guidance, constant errors, multi-factor authentication rubbish - not fit for purpose.

Can’t log in, QR CODE function doesn’t work and when you copy the key, that doesn’t work either. Complete rubbish

A good start (>4 years ago!) still primitive functionality
Can log in which is a good start, view pay slips and book leave. Has the initial basic application fundamentals. Would be a vast improvement in usefulness if we could raise expenses and claims for over time. Nice to have the convenience of a local application over a browser based platform that is useless at seamless authentication / SSO.
I am guessing the developers just gave up on the iOS application though, which is a real shame.
