Food is good BUT....
This is the First and Last time I'll use this app. I realize everything has gone up in price and portions have gotten smaller, but the service is Abysmal!!! I placed my order knowing it would be 20 minutes before the food was ready. I arrived a few minutes early to pickup my food, "Checked-in" and waited about 10 minutes past the "ready time", went inside the restaurant to see if it was ready yet. It was sitting on a shelf waiting. It wasn't busy and there were at least 6 of the Wait Staff just standing around. I wouldn't have minded so much, but the fact that the app won't let me finalize my purchase unless I leave a Tip, with no option to Opt out of leaving a tip or giving cash. As I said in the beginning, the food is good but the service is abysmal. I'm done with Chili's and It's Just Wings. I'm guessing the next step in this ridiculous trend is Paying to cook my own order and leaving a Tip on top of it. Never again Chili's!!!

Sneaky App
I drive for a food delivery service, and had to order from Its Just Wings. The location is inside a Chili’s and they cannot place the order for you. You must enter the order online, but the website would not let me select a location. I first had to download the app on my phone, taking up space for no reason, then sign up as a customer, even though it’s not my personal order, then log in to place the order. This was an absolute mess and took more time than necessary just to place someone else’s order. I absolutely hated this process and will not be accepting anymore orders from this place.

Won’t let me make order in my location (IJW-Mineral Wells)
Every time I go to order from Mineral Wells it does not let me set my location. I can order for weatherford but not mineral wells.
Stupid
It’s ridiculous that we have to get marketing texts or emails and it’s even more stupid that I can’t order wings at the restaurant. I have to make my order online but I had to download the app which made me more frustrated. It is very inconvenient and I’m going to delete the app anyway after using it. So now that I have time to wait for my dumb order I’m writing this review since they insist .

Lost sales
Force me to give you “express written consent” to use my info for marketing purposes? I’ll get my food elsewhere. People don’t like their data being abused; you should catch up with the times.
Garbage
Absolute stupidity that the website wouldn’t allow for delivery of my order, only pickup. So then I was forced to subscribe to marketing emails and text messages in order to use the app.
Not to mention the fried pies and the pecan smoked wings are now missing from the menu.
Was always very impressed with IJW even though there was no way to get just wings without soggy French fries. Much less impressed now.

We kept seeing sponsored ads for this and we’re excited to try. Tonight is the 2nd time giving it a shot to similar feelings from the first.
First order was excited for the ranch dry rub as it was my fav flavor at Quaker steak that closed up years ago. The flavor was the same however I was excepting a nice amount of flavoring, not a sprinkling on the chicken tenders. The food was good but where was the flavor?!
Tonight’s order was for 2 combos. One has 12 boneless and the other had 7. None of the extra sauces I paid for were in the order and the 12 wings were delicious with good coating of sauce where the screwed up missing food order barely any sauce again.
I like the food but if it’s this inconsistent and I can’t order over the phone…. I’m gambling with my money on getting what’s expected.

They advertise that you sign up for rewards and you will get $5 off your first order of 20+ but it doesn’t work.

Delicious Food
Easy to use APP food is delicious we moved from Dallas very similar to WingStop but 100% better. Curly fries always hot so yummy.
