I used this app for my renewal nine months ago. It was easy to use, although taking a selfie resulted in a pretty poor picture that was accepted anyway. Got my passport in about six weeks if I remember right.

Easy and Painless
I hate taking time to do things like renew my passport. There always seems to something wrong when I deal with the government that causes needless time consuming delay. With ItsEasy, my wife took my passport photo with my IPhone, imdid the paperwork online and uploaded my photo then waited. ItsEasy too, care of the rest.
