I used this app for my renewal nine months ago. It was easy to use, although taking a selfie resulted in a pretty poor picture that was accepted anyway. Got my passport in about six weeks if I remember right.

Easy and Painless
I hate taking time to do things like renew my passport. There always seems to something wrong when I deal with the government that causes needless time consuming delay. With ItsEasy, my wife took my passport photo with my IPhone, imdid the paperwork online and uploaded my photo then waited. ItsEasy too, care of the rest. I have my new passport now and I'm good for another 10 years.

I had a great experience using ItsEasy.com Passport Service! I wasn’t in a rush for expedited processing, but I really appreciated how easy the whole process was and how the app kept me updated at every step. Fast Service
The service was fast. I started the passport renewal process on 03 May 2025 and received my new passport on 03 June 2025. And I had to stop the process in the beginning right when I started for a week because I was sick before starting up again or I would have received my renewed passport even sooner. ItsEasy kept me updated with alerts and emails every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend this service if you want to use an expediter for your passport or visa needs.

Time saver
This app makes what is typically a frustrating time consuming process easy. As soon as the gov received my paperwork it was processed. My entire turn around time was about two weeks. Also, being able to take your own picture was great. I liked that I had the option to retake it until I was satisfied

This is only the second time I have ever posted a review, but David and ItsEasy are so outstanding that I have to post this. Right before our Christmas trip we realized our daughter's passport had expired. After a few phone calls, it appeared that there would be no way to get a new passport until January.
But a friend put us in touch with David at ItsEasy. He is a miracle worker and in a few days he was able to help us get a replacement passport and saved our trip! Truly incredible. I would recommend David and ItsEasy to anyone. They are off the charts amazing

Exceeded expectations/Amazing service
My husband and I used the expedited passport service with photo. It was incredibly easy (we are not tech savvy) and quick. One passport arrived within two weeks-over the holidays! Unfortunately, my passport return encountered a hiccup due to an incorrect zip code entered by the government. Since I received updates from ItsEasy I was made aware of this in real time. I reached out to the company and to my surprise the president personally responded within a half hour! He told me what to expect and that he’d keep his eyes on it….and he did. My passport did arrive and even after its journey the total turnaround time was just shy of 4 weeks!!!! I can’t say enough about ItsEasy’s customer service. I honestly don’t think I have ever encountered this level of care from a company and at such a reasonable price. A++

Very easy process. My picture was correct and I was texted right away and I was able to submit a new one and also to correctly sign application which they resent and a prepaid mailing label to send it back to them. Very easy and lovely people there who were always ready to help me answer any questions. Would highly recommend this company/app. Thank you

I had a basic passport renewal, and this service made it easier by reviewing my photo and documents before they sent them to the State Department. They keep you updated at every step along the way and let you know each time the progress advances. They deal with the State Department thousands of times a year, and I only deal with the State Department once every ten years, so it only makes sense to use It’s Easy as my trusted advisor and processor.

Life saver
I was irresponsible and procrastinated getting my passport renewed. I was literally sick to my stomach because the window for the standard process would have come down to the wire without paying hundreds of extra dollars for expediting just a couple of weeks faster. My friend told me about this company and it sounded too good to be true. I had very little options and tried it out. The fees are more than responsible and I even paid for the small fee to expedite it even more. I kid you not my new passport came back in 3 weeks and the process was insanely easy. Cannot be more thankful and highly recommend them

It really is as simple as they say it would be. Fill out the form, take your own picture, upload it and four weeks later (iI didn't add a rush) it's in the mail. Highly recommend
Useful App Despite Antiquated Design and Clunky Navigation
I liked that the app helps with taking your photo and submitting it with your application instead of having to have someone else take your photo and print it. I found the app a bit confusing and antiquated which would benefit from a design refresh - but I was still able to accomplish my task. Overall, if you don’t want the hassle of printing out a photo and you don’t have personal checks to submit with a paper renewal application then this is the app for you. After my first review I was contacted by the CEO and CTO regarding issues I had while using the app which I then subsequently updated this app review.

I found the app a bit confusing and antiquated. Could use a refresh. I signed up for the status updates and I would receive so many texts and emails every day that it became annoying. Overall, if you don’t want the hassle of printing out a photo, you don’t have personal checks, and you want A LOT of notifications - then this is the app for you. Personally, I would rather just do it all myself next time around or hope that there are better, more streamlined options available in the future. After submitting this review I was contacted by the CEO David J. Alwadish by email, text, and phone (three hangups and the third call was at 10:54 PM).
