Received damaged dress and they will not refund me!!
I purchased a dress over 2 years ago from them and received it damaged. They declined to give me a refund and just gave me store credit. It’s been over 2 years and they still have the exact same dresses on their website. There never have anything new and there is nothing I want to purchase from them to use up my store credit. It takes forever for them to email back and when they do they just say they have new dresses coming soon but that have been over a 1 and a half that I’ve been told that and still nothing new on their site. I would just like my money back because from the start it was their fault for sending me a damaged dress. Horrible service.

Just received my dress, golden glitters are stuck with glu and they are so irritating to the skin. For sure it’s gonna peel the baby skin, not gonna put this on to my baby for sure

Poor customer service
Real poor customer service do not even offer solutions I ordered a dress for my daughter the size was small and they refused to change or exchange it. Dry dissappointed
