The problem with this app
To the developers (I'm saying this not in a mean way just saying) if you're gonna make a app where you can have your favorite songs on your ringtone and stuff, you could/should've put a this where it tells you how to make it your ringtone and stuff. I brought a song for my ringtone and I guess it was for nothing, because I don't know how to make it my ringtone.

Have to buy songs
Why would you have to buy music if I didn’t have to buy it, it would be five stars but it’s not.
Buyer beware
Even though you pay your money for these songs, albums, whatever it is, you still don’t own them. Apple does and they WILL hold it all hostage and deny you if you ever have a billing problem or ask for a refund.
I have firsthand account of these scam and have been fraud out of thousand’s of dollars of music over a $10 app that didn’t work and turned out to be junk.
Just be careful buying music from Apple. They’re not ethical..

Won’t let you see or download your purchased tones or music.
Bring back PC iTunes
Tired of all the apps for what used to be 1 thing in 1 place especially what happened to the pc version it’s absolutely unusable I don’t know how to add or do anything with my phone anymore which is why I’m done with Apple if they don’t fix iTunes on the pc I’m leaving for android so I can actually transfer photos, videos, and music to and from my phone without losing my mind because it’s Apple is so unuser friendly now I want nothing to do with them

I don’t know what sort of nonsense is going on with this iTunes Store but it just keeps taking forever to load this entire iTunes Store and it’s failing to load songs and then it just added a song that I didn’t even click on to download and it keeps taking forever ages for it to even work and I don’t know what the heck is going on with the volume with all of this stuff because it has gotten so very quiet

Broken following iOS updates
Since the recent updates of 26.5 and it's offshoots, ITunes Store has had problem of not showing album track detail. On iPad anyway. It shows ok for purchased albums, albums in Top Charts and under Music option. For browsing and looking at albums generally, it does not expand to show tracks. All sorts of so-called solutions put forward, including delete and re-install. For me, that works ONCE after re-install but then reverts to not working. Not aware of anyone obviously working on this. From working in the industry for decades, I know developers just love to play around and fiddle with things and that will never change. I can live without iTunes Store on iPad. Learning to live without iTunes generally. I see that as a good thing.

Play button is unresponsive
I can’t play any of the music I’ve purchased as the play button is unresponsive. This works fine on iPad but for some reason isn’t working on my iPhone. So frustrating.

I’m so tired of opening my music to find that I have to navigate all of the junk iTunes wants you to look at first. At times I can’t even get into my music, I have click out and then go back in. I should be able to open the hundreds of sounds I brought without the mess because iTunes wants you to buy more. Greedy much!

iTunes not working right
I’ve had nothing but trouble with this app for years now. Downloading songs has become hard. I always have to do a work around on my husband’s phone so I can get the songs i purchased, even though it’s under my account. Now it won’t let me preview albums to see if I like any of the songs. I have a brand new iPad and it still isn’t working right. Apple needs a huge lawsuit over this. It shouldn’t be so hard to preview or download your purchases!
