Every time we try to add insurance information the app closes.
Doesn’t work
App does not recognize log in information. Husband and I tried on two separate devices to sign in, neither worked with this app. But the IU website won’t let you make a virtual appointment otherwise. So what’s the point when we can’t make appointments? The website recognizes our log in information just fine. Fix your app.

Horrible app
I thought it would be easier to go through this app to see a virtual doctor, but just registration was so frustrating. I like IU health and they have my records, but with this you have to start from the beginning like you had never seen a doctor at IU before. Don’t waste your time with this immediate care is much faster even though I never would’ve believed that until I tried using this system.

I am giving this service a 5 star review because otherwise my review will not be shown. Do not waste your time with these people. They charge you money to tell you to go in to the physical office. Please, do not waste your time. It is cheaper to pay out of pocket at a specialist.
Terrible
This app is not linked to your IU Health patient record. A waste of time having to put in all the information IUH already has as part of your history.

I have tried several times to put in my insurance and my children’s insurance and it won’t let me. I have even tried calling about it and they said they would take care of it and never did. I don’t like this new update I like how it was the other way.

This is easy to use and the provider I saw was super nice and listened to my concerns.
Convenient quality service
I wasn’t feeling well and was able to connect with a provider same day, confirm what was wrong and start getting better. They made it really easy.
why the new buggy app?
Went through the entire half hour process of inputting info only to have it freeze up and lose everything. Infuriating when all i want is to get a provider visit done. Why the new crappy app? The previous one was stable.
