Great idea for the app and system itself, poor organization. After you’re loaded you update photos of BOL and freight and then wait, and wait on top of waiting. Then you call a number and wait, and wait. Do we not wait enough to get loaded but we have to wait for a single “yes” from a broker?

The idea to connect everything to mobile number is bad. With US mobile providers you never know if sms with recovery url reaches you or not. In my case it didn’t, I can’t recover lost password. Moreover, no techsupport phone or even email! What should I do now…

at the moment they became cleverly made that everything has risen in price and for transportation of freights do not want to raise a payment for van because Semi truck for a long time have on 4.00 $ for a mile and van give on what is cheaper that the team know that all money by itself in a grave is not take away

App doesn’t work, they don’t have support page, don’t have FAQ to explain how it should work. I registered but can’t do anything. All I can do put my information in, I did it but I still can’t bit on loads and can’t connect with carriers course it’s just empty.

Convenience
The way the app is setup is very convenient and super easy to navigate. I think even the most inexperienced people in the logistics game will be able to figure out the usefulness of the app.

Issue- will change to 5 if fixed
The app worked great until I couldn’t log in because of a glitch called “error 01-1005”. I need to log in to work and it’s been impossible to do that for the past two days. Please help me resolve this issue quickly.
